Yes, Winehub can be installed simply by visiting the Shopify app store and choosing a plan that works for you. We offer a setup and installation package for businesses that want a guided service. Please contact us for details about this service.
We offer a variety of replatforming and migration packages either directly with Winehub via the global shopify agency network.
Yes. We have a team of developers that help implement your designs or we can refer you to one of our agency partners. This is priced separately to any license, usually as a one off charge.
Our billing plans are based on the number of combined wine club and subscription memberships you have. If you go over or under your current plan you will be billed according to that tier for your next billing cycle. There are no limits on the number of loyalty members you can have on any plan. We take a small percentage of the basket value for managed orders to keep our fixed fees so low. Our fees will be added to your monthly Shopify bill and you can view the managed orders in the app settings page.

Yes, the Winehub plugin will scale to suit any size business. If you are an enterprise client with specific requirements we suggest you get in touch to discuss any migration questions ahead of installation.
Winehub is plan agnostic. Our product offers the same functionality to all Shopify plans, whether you are on Plus or Basic or something in between.
Unless you are on a contract plan with us directly, you can cancel your subscription to Winehub 30 days before your next billing cycle. Access will continue until the date of cancellation. We hold data for account reactivation for up to 30 days in case you wish to reactivate or cancelled your license by mistake. However we cannot offer refunds for early cancellation during your billing cycle.
