Can I install WineHub on my own?

Yes. One of the benefits of our product being published on the Shopify app store is that it is self service. However you can book time with a customer care agent if you want some assistance to optimise any aspect of the setup. Our app will be available for invite only previewing from November 2022 and full access shortly after. If you would like early access please contact us.

If I don’t run Shopify what can I do?

We offer a variety of replatforming and migration packages either directly with WineHub via the global shopify agency network.

Can you help build websites as well?

Yes. We have a team of developers that help implement your designs or we can refer you to one of our agency partners. This is priced separately to any license, usually as a one off charge.

How does licensed billing work?

Our billing plans are based on the number of combined wine club and subscription memberships you have. If you go over or under your current plan you will be billed according to that tier for your next billing cycle. We take a small percentage of the basket value for subscription and club plans in order to keep our fixed fees so low. Our fees will be added to your monthly Shopify bill.

How do I see your pricing plans?

You can visit our app store page in the Shopify app store or ask us to send you the latest pricing for your region. Email ben@winehub.io for more pricing details in your currency.

Does WineHub take commission on general sales?

No. Our product only handles wine clubs and subscriptions so we do not take any commissions or processing fees on general ad-hoc purchases made by customers visiting your online store.

Can WineHub handle thousands of memberships?

Yes, the WineHub plugin will scale to suit any size business. If you are an enterprise client with specific requirements we suggest you get in touch to discuss any migration questions ahead of installation.

What level of Shopify account should I have?

WineHub is plan agnostic. Our product offers the same functionality to all Shopify plans, whether you are on Plus or Basic or something in between.

Do you offer refunds?

Unless you are on a contract plan with us directly, you can cancel your subscription to WineHub 30 days before your next billing cycle. Access will continue until the date of cancellation. We hold data for account reactivation for up to 30 days in case you wish to reactivate or cancelled your license by mistake. However we cannot offer refunds for early cancellation during your billing cycle.

Does the inventory app work independently?

Yes. If you wish to use our inventory platform as a standalone piece you can. You do not need a license to our DTC plugin in order to use or access our inventory app. Sign up for this is done directly with us and not via the Shopfy app store.

How do I install the inventory app?

Our sister company Digitact has published an app called eGRAB on the app store. You can obtain a license directly from us for that product. Pricing is in USD for eGRAB, however GBP, AUD, CAD and EURO plans are available upon request.
